Sample programme

Samples reduce colour, material and scale risk before a buyer commits to bulk.

  • £15 per stem refunded against first order over £400.
  • 48-hour dispatch for in-stock sample stems and small arrangements.
  • Palette tester capped at £80 for six stems.

Net 30 & purchase orders

Credit terms are available after trust has been established on the first order.

  • First order paid up-front, or 50% deposit on bespoke.
  • Net 30 after first paid order and credit check.
  • PO accepted for approved studios and venues.

Lead times & shipping

Freight is planned around installation dates, not just dispatch dates.

  • UK / EU tracked DPD freight, usually 3-5 working days.
  • US / MENA DHL Air, usually 5-7 working days.
  • FR-treated documents can ship with venue trunks on request.

Trade application

This prototype stores the application locally. In the production build, the Worker will create a Sanity inquiry record and send the sales inbox an email.
