Museum-grade faux flowers, arches, garlands and centerpieces — custom-colour matched in our studio, sample-approved before bulk, shipped on planner timelines.
We don't argue with fresh; we sit alongside it. Here's where faux earns its place on a serious studio's invoice.
Crates arrive 48 hours before the venue. No 6 AM truck, no wilting at the altar, no morning-of panic when the bride sees the centerpieces.
Pick a Marsala arch once, bill it across three weddings. The unit economics fresh florals can't match, especially on destination installs.
Hit a Pantone code that fresh can't. The same hex on every wedding all season — no surprises when seasonal stock shifts.
Trunk-packed, FR-treated on request, insurable, freightable. Real supplier infrastructure — not bouquets in buckets.
Planners and decorators don't think in SKUs. Every product in our catalogue is tagged into seven primary colour families — pick a family, see every stem, arch, garland and accent that fits inside it.
Every product is available off-catalogue, or as a starting point for a custom-colour run. Use the inquiry list to gather samples or scope a project — we'll come back to you within one business day with availability, palette options and lead time.
Designed for studios moving 6 to 60 weddings a season — predictable lead times, replicable palettes, and a real human at the end of every email.
Filter by colour family and scene. Current Lookbook visuals are generated reference renders for direction and quoting; real planner projects will be added only when licensed.
FauxHQ are the only supplier I trust to match a client swatch without asking three times. Their sample-first programme is the reason I stopped doing fresh installs for destination weddings.
We've moved roughly 60% of our installations to faux for sustainability and budget reasons. FauxHQ's stem quality is the reason that decision didn't cost us any clients.
Their custom-colour run for our 2026 winter season hit Pantone on the first sample. I've worked with three other faux suppliers; this is the only one I now recommend to other planners.

Yes — that's the point. Most planners get 5–8 weddings per stem with proper storage (climate-stable, tissue-wrapped, away from direct sun). We sell archival storage trunks at cost to trade accounts.
