If you use the inquiry list, selected products may be stored in your browser before you submit the form. When you submit, the selected product references, quantities and image references may be included with the inquiry.

We also collect limited technical and usage information, such as page views, product-detail views, browser and device information, approximate traffic source, UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, IP-derived security signals and server logs.

Business inquiry context

Because FauxHQ is a trade website, inquiry information may include business context rather than only personal contact details. This can include company role, buying purpose, project type, venue or installation timing, requested destination, sample needs, color direction, product quantities and quote constraints.

We may share information with service providers that support the website and inquiry process, with logistics or production partners when needed to prepare a quote, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the website, our business, customers or other users.

Production, logistics and quote partners

When a quote requires technical confirmation, freight planning, sample preparation or custom production review, we may share limited project details with production, sample-room, packing, freight or documentation partners. We share only what is reasonably needed to evaluate feasibility, timing, destination, packaging, product scope or shipping cost.

Retention

We keep inquiry records, email correspondence and related product quote context for as long as reasonably needed for business follow-up, customer service, order history, dispute prevention, security and legal or accounting needs. Browser inquiry-list data remains on your device until you clear it or submit/remove the items.

Security

We use reasonable technical and operational measures to protect inquiry data, including access controls, Cloudflare security services and anti-spam checks. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid sending payment card numbers or highly sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.

International visitors

FauxHQ may receive inquiries from different countries. Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, depending on the service providers and business email tools used to operate the website and respond to inquiries.
